The postdoctoral fellowship at Mission Psychology is derived from the standards set by the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC) Postdoctoral Fellowship Standards. Although we are not a member of APPIC, our program has been reviewed by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists for several years in a row and approved to meet the board’s requirement as being substantially similar to these national standards.
Mission Psychology is offering a one-year postdoctoral psychology fellowship. The purpose of this fellowship is to provide a mutually beneficial year of training to a provisionally licensed psychologist, with the intention of providing the necessary training and experience for licensure and successful private practice. The start date of the Fellowship is negotiable.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in private practice, providing assessment and therapy for a wide range of health related problems for children and adults.
